DRC has 80% arable soil, and the area in which the cocoa is grown does not need chemical fertilizers for its soil. That is why our cocoa is cultivated and grows naturally and in no way represents a danger for the consumers of its derivative products.
100% organic and certified by major international firms (Organic, UTZ, Fair for Life, Fairtrade etc.). They are rated among the best on the global market. Our Cocoa beans are fully washed, sun-dried, bubble drying, and well stored (Average: 25 °C). The DRC’s Cocoa types are Forastero Clones and Trinitario, with nutty and brown fruit flavours.
01. Customer prospecting
Prospecting is the first step in the sales process, which consists of identifying potential customers, we have developed a database of likely customers, and then we establish communication with them in the hopes of converting them from potential customers to current customers.
02. Trade (import-export)
As a legally registered company, we sign cocoa bean supply contracts with various partners locally and internationally. Incoterms are chosen according to the memorandum of understanding agreed and signed by the two contracting parties; either we agree to export according to FOB or CIF.

04. Storage & Transportation
Our warehouses are approved by the storage and packaging regulatory authority. They are controlled by the Ministry of the Environment and the Ministry of Hygiene, Quarantine of Animals and Plants. All these controls aim to guarantee the most recommended hygienic conditions to offer our partners a better quality of the products. We respect the choices of our partners in terms of humidity, bean count, fermentation, etc. World-renowned freight forwarders provide the transport of our products during export.
05. Shipping
Our partners have the advantage of benefiting from our responsibility to deliver their orders to them at the port of destination under the CIF sales contract. However, we also accept export under other conditions according to the choice of the partner.
